The department for establishing educational process

The department for establishing educational processes of Center for professional training of  lawyer’s by international standards under Tashkent State University of Law was established according to the Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers № 453 on June 14, 2018 “On the establishing measures of Center for professional training of  lawyer’s by international standards under Tashkent State University of Law”.

The department is one of the branches of Centre meanwhile it operates coordination of educational processes. 

The main priorities of department are to establish short-term retraining of people who’s first education is not related with legal education, to enable high-quality education process with innovative approach and with courses for professional education of jurists on international standards for pedagogical staff of higher and secondary specialized educational establishments, and functional coordination of courses.

The main tasks of Centre are to establish short-term professional training courses which are emphasized to enhance Basics of international law on investment and commercial law, to implement fundamental and procedural law norms of international private, commercial and international arbitrate, to gain techniques of advocacy, to search actives in the international level and the techniques for returning those actives, to provide education on the field of international investigation and combat against corruption.

Moreover, Centre executes such functions as to attach high-profile specialists for conducting classes, to formalize the documents of labor and other contracts, to enable execution of educational-plans.

In addition, department provides aid on establishing educational courses, to provide practical and flexible training procedures on the planned time-schedule, to enable assistance for defense commission on the defense of final qualification works. To create diverse course on the basis of interests of persons who attends the courses, to take part on scientific projects, to launch different spiritual-educational conferences and also, to propose suggestions on improving Centre’s activity.
