About Centre

Center for professional training of lawyer’s by international standards under Tashkent State University of Law was established on the basis of the branch center of retraining and improving qualification of pedagogical staffs under Tashkent State University of Law  according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan № PD–3666 on April 13, 2018 "On organizational measures for further improvement of the activity of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

Main objectives of Centre are:

to train juridical staff on international standards in terms of defending interests of Uzbekistan and Uzbek organizations, to create broaden measures retrain persons who has higher education in legal specialty and retrain teaching personal who conducts legal classes in the higher educational and secondary educational establishments.

The main tasks of Centre are:

to establish short-term professional training courses which are emphasized to enhance Basics of international law on investment and commercial law, to implement fundamental and procedural law norms of international private, commercial and international arbitrate, to gain techniques of advocacy, to search actives in the international level and the techniques for returning those actives, to provide education on the field of international investigation and combat against corruption;

to create retraining courses which are emphasized intensive education of higher educated persons who’s first education is not legal specialty. the course aimed to maintain providing modern approach and technologies, to summarize national and international experience and implementing those experience, to increase critical thinking ability of those who attends in the courses, more over it is aimed to improve the ability for analyze normative-legal acts and interpretation;

to establish mechanisms of refreshing professional knowledge and skills of pedagogical staff and to create courses which aimed to retraining procedure of pedagogical staff who conducts in higher or secondary specialized educational establishments for the purposes of to maintain quality of education for increase of professional qualification.
