Courses of retraining and improvement qualification of pedagogical staffs

In the Center, there are 288-hours courses of retraining and improvement qualification for pedagogical staff teaching in higher education institutions in law in "Jurisprudence" and "Legal science", as well as 144-hours courses of improvement qualification for secondary-specialized teachers in law in "Lawyer".

These courses aimed at continuously updating the professional skills, and abilities of pedagogical staff as well as improving the quality of training based on modern requirements.

The course is conducted in accordance with the curriculum. 

On the courses of retraining and improvement qualification in "Jurisprudence" and "Legal science", teaching process are conducted in 12 modules as theoretical, practical and travel lessons.

Moreover, the rating of listeners is evaluated in the system of 100 points, which is formed of:

  • Assignment tasks - 15 points;
  • Portfolio - 10 points;
  • Pedagogical practice - 5 points;
  • Final test - 50 points;
  • Final Attestation - 20 points.

Listeners who have accumulated enough points in the assignment tasks, portfolio, pedagogical practice and final test will have a right to defend their graduation paper at the final attestation of the Attestation Commission under Tashkent State University of Law, consisting of 11 members. Listeners who receive at least 56% of the final scores will receive a certificate of successful completion of the course.    

On the courses of improvement qualification in "Lawyer", teaching process is conducted in 13 modules as theoretical, practical and travel lessons.

At the end of the course, listeners who defend their graduation paper successfully will be given a certificate about improvement qualification.
